Enrollment:
The Wake County Public School System site allows uses this search system to locate all the schools in the county. With this search, you are able to narrow down schools based on specific criteria.
The School Assignment page is a very helpful tool. Use this page to enter your home address. By doing so, you will be able to view the school your home is assigned to. This school is considered your "base" school, but if you have some concerns, there is the option of changing schools. Forms to do so will be listed below.
This is the information needed for those whose childrens primary language in not English. Special directions as to how you enroll are listed on the page as well as the building address for the Center for Internation Enrollment.
If you are for some reason not satisfied with the school assignment for your home, the 'Requesting a Transfer' link will be of great use. The page gives direction on how to send in a transfer request and all the additional information needed. If your request is denied, there are extra steps on how to appeal the decision.
